Applications are invited from All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi for J&K Special Scholarships 2013 to students from Jammu & Kashmir who are admitted to institutions outside the state of Jammu & Kashmir for pursuing Engineering, Medical and general stream studies.

- Class XII or equivalent: Marks as stipulated by respective regulatory bodies
- Domicile: Valid domicile certificate of J&K
- Passing criteria of XII or equivalent: State Board of J&K or from CBSE affiliated school located in J&K
- Family Annual Income: Below Rs. 6.0 Lakh per annum

- General Education: 4500 scholarships
- Engineering Education: 250 scholarships
- Medical Education: 250 scholarships
