Code to Learn - Imagine / Learn / Win: Contest from Google India for school students

Google India invites school students to participate in a contest, Code to Learn - Imagine / Learn / Win. Students need to think of a story, a game, a music show, a cartoon or something entirely different and create it using Scratch - a fun programming language created by the MIT Media Lab. Students in classes 9 & 10 can also create their projects in C++ or Java.

Who can participate: Students enrolled in a school in India in the following three categories are eligible to participate in the contest.

Classes 5 & 6
Classes 7 & 8
Classes 9 & 10

How to register: Students will have to be registered by their parents or legal guardians. Parents / Guardians - click here to register the student.

How to submit the project: Students will have to create a Google Drive folder, upload all the project files into the folder and share it with the Code to Learn contest team. Fill up the submission form after sharing the folder.

Important dates

Last date of project submission - 30-August-2013
Announcement of finalists - on or after 30-September-2013
Announcement of winners - on or after 30-October-2013
