Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India is inviting applications for Ramalingaswami Re-entry Fellowship 2014.
Fellowship Details
The Ramalingaswami Re-entry Fellowship 2014 is a senior fellowship programme for Indian nationals working in overseas research institutions. The fellowship is awarded for a term of five years is further extendable for another term on fresh appraisal of performance of the fellow. The fellows will receive a research/contingency grant of Rs. 10.00 lakhs for the 1st year; Rs. 7.50 lakhs for the 2nd year; Rs. 5.00 lakhs for subsequent 3 years.
Eligibility criteria
The candidate should possess a PhD, MD, M. Tech., M.V.Sc. or equivalent degree with an outstanding track record as reflected in publications and other recognitions and with at least three years of post- doctoral research experience in overseas research laboratories.
